Dr. Terry Walker

ECA Director

Born and raised in Burlington City, New Jersey, Dr. Terry Walker brings over 35 years of experience as an educator, leader, and lifelong learner.
She holds a Ph.D. in Education from Walden University, along with degrees from Rutgers University, Rider University, and the Word of Grace School of Ministry.

Ms. Ernestine Holman

ECA Day School Lead Teacher

Ernestine Holman, a Burlington native and alumna of Hugh M. Cummings High School, holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Environment Family Sciences with a focus in Child Development from North Carolina A&T State University. She furthered her education by earning a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Elon University.
